I mean i kinda agree with you, however i also believe that teams give themselves poor opponents in week one to get the teams confidence up very high before they have to play top competition later in the season

I think teams, going all out to get their "stars" big numbers right out of the gate against weak comp.is just FOOLISH.I hope they don't have a "beannie" moment in their lust for the HEISMAN. I think coaches and players make a mistake putting to much focus on the trophy this early in the season against poor comp. Tebow did it the right way last year He just went out and focused on winning the game he was in, and the Heisman was a result.

Craft is a filler QB, he was never even supposed to play because UCLA had two good QB’s already who were fighting for the starting job in Patrick Cowan and Ben Olson but both of them went down with Injuries giving craft the job basically by default. He definitely stepped up last night but i would say all in all he is an average QB and hopefully he can at least keep playing ok enough to get UCLA rolling

What's your opinion on quarterback Kevin Craft for UCLA after throwing 4 INT's in the first half vs. Tenn. and then stepped it up in the second half to upset the Vols?
